Terms of service

By purchasing a subscription from The Monthly Grind, you agree to the following terms:

Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis based on the date you sign up.

  • You will be billed on the day you sign up for your subscription.

  • Your subscription will continue to be billed monthly on that same calendar day each month thereafter.

Example:
If you sign up for a one-bag-per-month subscription on January 20, your account will be billed on January 20 and again on the 20th of each subsequent month.

Shipping Schedule

Subscription orders are fulfilled and shipped at the beginning of each month, regardless of the billing date.

Orders included in the upcoming monthly shipment must have an active subscription prior to fulfillment.

Shipping timelines may vary based on location and carrier.

Cancellations

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@themonthlygrind.com.

Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before your next billing date, so we may correctly adjust quantity from roasters prior to billing.

Refunds 

Subscription orders are non-refundable once processed.
