Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases may be canceled or modified only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders are non-refundable.

Subscription Purchases
Subscription orders renew automatically at the first of the month.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contact us at hello@themonthlygrind.com Cancelations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged, to allow us to adjust orders from roasters.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
